Our Transformer oil treatment plants provide a tried and tested solution for the dehydration and treatment of a range of insulating oil. In many cases, treatment with a plant from our MG range of plants will result in an oil of a higher specification than when originally supplied as new.
TFS Australian made Transformer oil treatment plants are used around the world by major electrical utilities, end users, service companies and transformer builders.
TFS MG Range of transformer oil treatment plants are available using our disposable high efficiency Microglass 1 micron filter cartridges.

About Our MG ”E” Range – Dual Dehydration Plant for Both Mineral and Vegetable/Synthetic Transformer Oil
Transformer Filtration Systems offers the new up-graded MG “E” series range of dehydration filter plants which specifically are designed to efficiently filter both Mineral and Ester transformer oils with minimal to no foaming while treating the oil. Built as skid mounted fixed plants, they can be installed in containers, on flatbed trucks or on a trailer.
Dimensions and weights are estimated, dimensions & weights will vary when optional extras are added and should be used as a guide only.
Both sized plants, either the MG6000 which runs up to 6000 litres per hour, or our MG3000 plant which has the capacity to run up to 3000 Litres per hour, can be run at much slower speeds and on half heat reducing power requirements.
We have pioneered a new oil mist collection system for all of our plants, to minimise oil carry-over to the vacuum pumps while dehydrating the oil. This system can also be retro-fitted into existing Vokes manufactured plants.
